Finally met up with Baobao &Edwin for a movie outing! We were supposed to catch Phobia 2 together but I suggested to watch The Ugly Truth instead! Because... I'm watching Phobia 2 with Rie on Sunday. Heehee. &Besides that, I also prefer watching horror movie with a guy-friend instead of my girl-friend. Dont get the wrong idea, I'm not expecting or wanting to do anything funny in the theatre with the guy nor whatever. Personally, I just find that the feeling of watching horror movie with a guy or with a girl is just basically different. I dont know how to explain either, or well..perhaps to me only :)

Oh anyway, The Ugly Truth is a really interesting movie. I rate it at 4.5 out of 5 stars. :D
Don't miss it, highly recommended!

After catching the movie with them, we went to StarBucks to settle down, chilled and started doing our birthday card for Serene. Yes, although before that Yuan &Edwin had go rounds and rounds in the three shopping mall to search for Serene's ideal birthday pressie. But to no avail, we can't find any. Lucky that Baobao actually bought one earlier for her back-up pressie. :)

And while the both of them are busy doing her birthday card...

I was totally neglected!
No one even wants to entertain me! I drank (Chocolatey) ,
I slept, I ate my favourite Salmon Sushi... &Finally, I got entertained !! BUT! I did help out in the card too, just that I'm the last one, was waiting for their turn to finish writing their part for the card..

&Edwin, HAHAH. I was like doing something to define our height, while he.. I dont know, scratching his head perhaps?

By the time we finished doing our card, the time was already past midnight.
&Everyone was busy the next day too, I had to work while the both of them had schooling..

On the actual Serene's Birthday, 22nd september 2009,

A small banquet of flowers were given by the three of us.
We had planned to bring her to somewhere around town to have a big feast before my working time, which is on 6pm. Actually I was told last minute to work, as my ladyboss and colleague decided to go to overseas to take stocks at the very last minute too. So yeah, I had no choice to work but who knows meeting time with Bbao they all had been delayed, &Besides that, I almost quarrelled with my ladyboss, so I gave up and I went to my workplace while we were in the middle of the journey to our destination.
I can't stop apologising to them &I swear I got so fed-up, and almost teared out-of-anger.
But I guess Serene had enjoyed her birthday celebration with them either. :)

After my work, I was looking for Bakery shop or wherever, wanted to purchase a small birthday cake for Serene. But who knows they only sell slices of cake instead of one whole cake. So I purchased the small cake and off I met up with the rest of them afterwards.
