As what I've mentioned in the earlier post, my purpose of going Haw Par Villa &Little India is actually for my current project. I felt ashamed, actually, very ashamed. Like I thought of visiting them only when I need their sources for my project. If not, I wont be dragging myself to the Places of Singapore either. Ask yourself, what you actually know about Little India and Haw Par Villa? Little India- Many Indians recruits.
Haw Par Villa- Statues only, hear people say, they will move around leh.
&What else you know about them ?
I was actually thinking... If I never choose Cultures Discovery In Singapore as my project theme, I wont be knowing so many interesting things about the places, really.
Alright, as usual, no exception,
the pictures shall do the talking, instead. :)

Approaching the most interesting and shocking exhibit by following the signs given...

There will be pictures of the statues taken in the 10Courts Of Hell which I wasnt supposed to photograph them. No choice, they are for the projects purpose. :/
Know what?
I actually started to have goosebumps typing this blog post.
Okay, must be the weather. Blame the weather. :)

Well, in
summarising..
The exhibit, 10 Courts Of Hell is actually telling a story of the ten steps of judgement before reincarnation. After death, according to Chinese legend people must pass through 10 courts of judgement before their admission into heaven.
It is kinda surprising to see that children visit this exhibit as it is pretty graphic showing torture and suffering.

Silver Bridge is actually an admission into heaven for "Good People"

As for "Bad People", they have to redeem their sins in hell..
Filthy blood pond for prostitution.

Mountain of swords,

Stone Mallet,

Those who
didnt respect the elderly, your heart will get cut-out.

Final court for your reincarnation,

Meng po-
po,
They have to go through this old woman to get a cup of tea before one reincarnate because they believe that the drink could help to erase the memories before they reincarnate to their next life.

The will-and-way,

The e
nd of the tour with a pocketful of knowledge about 10Courts Of Hell.
:)

Headband + spectacles + this hat looks extra amusing on me,
Indeed.

It was raining quite heavily when we took these pictures, there's a kind stranger actually gave us his big umbrella for us to proceed to our next place, Little India for our convenience.
How nice, we really appreciated his kindness although we thanked him for so many times...
But still Thanks, once again :)

Little India, needless to say, there are a lot a lot of Indians recruit over there. &Also, a place where you wont be see-
ing any
chinese(s) &Malays appearing over there, except for some, like 5 out of 100percentage. Not kidding :)

A place to settle down,
Azmi which had published in the newspaper article before,

But the food over there
doesnt taste as nice as expected, it tastes ordinary, &the price is costly too. It already costs around 10bucks for 2
Chappati(s) with the curry extra-charged.
Normal price for each Chappati only costs 70cents, fyi.

It's pretty shocking that I couldnt find any roti-prata(s) selling in Little India,
except for Chappati(s).
Something like roti-prata, but tastes like flour; plain....

Teh-Tarik
(Long Teaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa)

Uh this,
I still remembered I was telling the uncle to pose a twist sign with me,
he nodded his head. I thought he agreed, then when I turned back to him and checked if he got pose the twist sign with me, I saw him was just smiling to the camera.
It's also not the first time turning my head here and there to check on him. I was like, not again..

So I asked him to put up a thumb sign instead, maybe he thinks that twist sign is dumb.
Ha ha ha, &so, he nodded his head again.
Ended up, he smiled and ignored my requests for dont know how many times already.
Hmph, I give up, I posed alone.

But well, his appearances remind me of Santa Claus.
Hee hee.
Alright, I guess I shall stop the trip to Little India till here.
For me to know, for you to find out. :D
Have a nice day!
